Plan #1- Business on a Budget
Price range is between $500-$600 (depending on pages required)

This plan is perfect if you want to get a website up, but don’t have access to unlimited funds. We use a fully responsive Bootstrap 4 template to get your site up quickly and help you save money in the design process. Each section can be customized to meet your exact needs, including pages, colors, imagery and more.

Plan #1 Includes:
• SSL Site Security ($50 annually after the first year)
• Web Hosting ($110 annually after the first year)
• Up to 8 pages of customized content

Plan #2: The Mid-Range Option.
Price range is between $800-$900 (depending on pages required)

This plan provides plenty of options if you’re looking to add a little more customization to your website. Choose between a template or a custom design. In addition to your new website, we also include add-on services such as daily backups, sitemap build and install, site indexing on major search engines (Google, Bing, and Yahoo), and website monitoring for uptime.

• SSL Site Security ($50 annually after the first year)
• Web Hosting ($110 annually after the first year)
• Unlimited number of pages
• Basic SEO Meta Tags

• Online store setup (custom)

Price Range between $900-$1200 (depending on pages required)

If you want to get the best return on investment (ROI) from your website, this is the plan for you. The All-In plan includes your choice of design (template or custom), SSL site security, web hosting, daily site backups, sitemap build/install, website monitoring and much more.

It wouldn’t be an All-In Value plan without a little extra. That’s why we also include schema markup (usually $200) and Facebook/Twitter SEO cards ($75 each) to boost your rankings and improve the performance of your site.

Plan #4: Update & Run Your Own Site
Price Range between $300-$400 (depending on pages required)

Want us to build a website that you can edit and update yourself? We can do that too!

With the great demand of small businesses and start ups wanting to maintain and update their own websites, we have added a plan to our services that will allow you to do just that. We have a very simple website editor that we will train you how to use.

We will create your own account and design and build a fully responsive website for you. Once completed and paid for, we will hand it over to you and you can take care of it yourself.

Plan #4 Includes:
• Design/Build of your site
• Fully responsive website
• Your own personal account and website editor
• SSL certificate and Hosting
• Quick turnaround time

The launch of your website is only the beginning. Once you’re live, there is still plenty of work to be done, from small tweaks to regular backups, ongoing updates and more. While you can do all of this yourself, hiring an experienced agency on a retainer is a quick and cost-effective way to grow your website without stress.

If you’re unsure where to start, or you would simply prefer to sit back and watch your site grow, we can take care of everything. Our monthly retainer consists of unlimited updates, new pages, imagery, small tweaks and much more. We help refine your user experience by focusing on the tasks that keep your website performing at it’s very best and continuously growing.

• Monthly fees start at $26.50 per month and increase depending on the contract and workload
Save on our plans by including a retainer. Work outside our monthly retainer is charged at $35.00 per hour.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a payment?
We have two options for payment. If you know which plan or service you are after, you can purchase securely through our website. Alternatively, you can also request an invoice from us, which we will send via email. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

When do I have to pay?
• Design: To start work on any project, we require a small deposit of $50 for plan #1, $75 for plan #2, and $100 for plan #3. The initial deposit enables us to begin work on your designs.
• Site-Build: Once you approve the designs, we ask for an additional $100 before we begin the building phase.
• Mid-Build: Great design deserves great copy. But, don’t leave it until the last minute! Perfecting your web copy can take much longer than you may expect. Before commencing your project, we will need to agree upon a delivery date for your web copy. If your copy is not delivered within this timeframe, we may request an additional deposit to be paid each month until the copy is provided and the project is finalized. The deposit is then deducted from the total cost of your website project.
• Launch: With the completed website around the corner, we send out an invoice for the remainder to be paid in full. We communicate with you on the finishing touches and make any changes requested. Once the balance has been paid in full, your website is scheduled for launch!

When do I have to submit a deposit?
It’s not that we don’t trust you. We simply ask for a deposit to safeguard our time and ensure you are invested in the project. It also helps us to push your project to the front of the line so we can get started right away.

Why does each plan have a price range?
While our plans cater for each budget, we know that every website will be different. No two businesses are the same, and our pricing is structured to reflect this. Our pricing range is determined by the size of your website. As an example, if you require a high number of pages, your project will sit at the higher end of the scale for your selected plan.

How long does it take to create my website?
This depends on the plan you have chosen. Custom websites will take longer than templates. If you need to get your website up quickly, we recommend choosing one of our templates offered in plans #1 and #2. While still completely customizable, using a template will reduce the design work required and result in a much faster turnaround. Are there any hidden costs associated?
None at all! We will provide you with a fixed price for the entire project. This helps you plan ahead and keep within your budget. We also offer the option to select a monthly retainer, starting at $27.50 per month. This can be added at anytime, and helps provide you with peace of mind that your website is up-to- date and functioning at full capacity.
